At PRFM, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
• Not be damaged due to misuse, neglect or accidental damage
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, damaged by the customer or returned without their original packaging unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, repair or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and any applicable consumer protection laws.
Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days provided it meets our return eligibility requirements.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, colour or product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The product is faulty
• The incorrect product was received
• The product arrived damaged
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as PRFM cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund as provided by law.
