All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Australia: 2 to 12 business days

United States: 5 to 12 business days

United Kingdom: 5 to 12 business days

Canada: 6 to 12 business days

New Zealand: 4 to 12 business days

Europe: 5 to 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing and your local postal service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable promotions for free shipping will be displayed on our website and applied automatically where eligible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

PRFM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
